i can't erase a test publication i've done in the Cloud Connect back office. I haven't activated the licences neither so where i've gone wrong ? Did anybody experienced the same issue ?

I have a big problem:
I'm migrating an old app to Aquafadas system, but the apple bundle ID has "-" characters, and the Aquafadas system doesn’t allow to create new apps with this bundle ID, because Bundle ID can only contain dot(.) and underscore(_) as special characters (NOT “-“ characters) :((

I'm going to set-up a batch processing of some pdf in order to exporting to ePub3.
How can I to do in the cloud Connect? I have to create a Tittle? I have to ignore the product SKU, issue type?
What is the app action after this time period completed ?
Can app delete expired issues automatically ?
- Why does it only show stats for 15 day periods? It would be nice to be able to select a start and end date.
- Detailed CSV Export - On our newest app, the CSV file shows 645 total entries, 383 google play and 263 iOS. But the Devices(Since The Start) pie chart shows 56% iPhone, 27% iPad and 16% Android. That doesn't seem to match up with the CSV, what's going on there? Does the CSV show ZAVE downloads and not APP downloads?
- "Downloads in Period" and "Unique customers since the start", are these app downloads?
J'ai chargé une parution hier en batch processing sur cloud connect. Je ne la vois toujours pas sur notre application et plusieurs clients se plaignent également du problème.
