We have received this error message from Google Play and we don't know what to do. Maybe, We only have to upgrade the APK file... but we don't know
Google Play Warning: SSL Error Handler Vulnerability
Please address this vulnerability as soon as possible and increment the version number of the upgraded APK. To properly handle SSL certificate validation, change your code to invoke SslErrorHandler.proceed() whenever the certificate presented by the server meets your expectations, and invoke SslErrorHandler.cancel() otherwise. If you are using a 3rd party library that’s responsible for this, please notify the 3rd party and work with them to address the issue.
For more information about the SSL error handler, please see our documentation in the Android Developers Help Center. For other technical questions, you can post to Stack Overflow and use the tags “android-security” and “SslErrorHandler.”
To confirm you’ve upgraded correctly, submit the updated version to the Developer Console and check back after five hours. If the app hasn’t been upgraded correctly, we will display a warning.
While these specific issues may not affect every app that uses WebView SSL, it’s best to stay up to date on all security patches. Apps with vulnerabilities that expose users to risk of compromise may be considered Dangerous Products in violation of the Content Policy and section 4.4 of the Developer Distribution Agreement.
Apps must also comply with the Developer Distribution Agreement and Content Policy. If you feel we have sent this warning in error, contact our policy support team through the Google Play Developer Help Center.

Yes indeed, there is a fix for both NextGen and historical Kiosks.
You will find the update for historical kiosks here: http://download.avepublishing.com/AppFactoryAndroid/Versions/AppFactory-Android-4.2.4.zip
For the NextGen kiosk, you can simply use the latest Android AppFactory release.
I tried to publish my single-app with App Factory. When i went into my iPad to test the app (with the .ipa file), I get the icon. But when I clicked on it, I get the screen download image and I get this error: The action has failed. And then, I see the progressive wheel and it never stop.
I think the problem is with the hosting part. My ZAVE file is on Dropbox and when I put it on Aquafadas website, I added the ?dl=1 at the end of the URL. I put my file on a website as well but no success.
Can someone help me with that?
1 - Did you paste the issue ID in AppFactory ?
2 - On Cloud Connect, is your issue linked to your application by a free product ?
Where do I find the file or how do I update my certificate in Cloud Connect so I can drag it into App factory?
I have a new app that I want to start testing. Do I need to purchase a new license just to test a .ipa file, or can I test it without one? I took all the necessary steps on Apple's developer site and in Aquafads portal to export a certificate for AppFactory, but it tells me I need to purchase a license.
I don't know how long my app will be in test mode and so I don't want to use the licence time up in test mode, but rather it being on the App Store.
Thanks in advance
I accidentally entered several keys in my app trying to get the featured items to work. It will not let me delete the extra keys. Also, I cannot get the featured items to show up in my test app, even with the proper key entered in iOS App Factory. What am I doing wrong?
Using the IOs Enterprise system to sideload apps to an organisations devices (not throught the appstore) It is asking for all of the business cridentials. Can I do it another way? ie with my Apple Developer account and I make their ipad a test device?
With the latest updates of App Factory there was a change with the close button, when I use a html- or video-popup.
In previous version there was a menubar with „Done“. Now there is no menubar, only a round close-icon.
Our problem: Wie make an update of the app for our customer. First it’s a difference to the previous version, second wie have embedded zave in the app and there is a menubar like before.
Is there a way to get the old menubar?
when I Export to iOS Simulator from AppFactory... an error message apears.
