general information for an issue after licence expired

Hello I would like to know if after a lisence for a kiosk is expired is it possible to update general information fo an issue? like for instance description and thumbnail images?

Hello,


Yes, of course. If an Application Licence expired, the only limitation is that you will not be able to use the Application Certificate that you can get from CloudConnect to build a new version of your app using our tools.


You will still be able to update your descriptions, metadatas, thumbnails, etc.

Hello Kevin, our licence has today as expiration date, (which supposed to be moved forward 1 month as we had many issue last year to crreate the kiosk, if you check our private post here you can see). Anyway we were ready yesterday to publish our last issues allowed but the system doesn't allow us anymore. Even now is not allowing us. A message saying about the maintenance in the 9 of october it continues to come out.

Can you help us to solve this issue?
