Pouvez-vous me dire quel est le problème pour accéder à Cloud Connect?


Sinon le plugin dans sa version 4.x est compatible CC2015. Toutes les "nouvelles versions" en 4.x sont des versions "fix" pour l'existant.

Le nouveau plugin est toujours en cours de construction. Il se peut que nous rencontrions encore quelques délais mais soyez assurés que nos équipes font leur possible pour avoir un produit disponible le plus rapidement possible sans sacrifier la qualité.


@Nath: pour l'instant notre focus est sur CC2017, cependant il n'y a pas eu de rupture majeure de technologie entre CC2017 et CC2018, ce qui ne fut pas le cas entre CC2016 et CC2017 (changement total de technologie pour les interfaces de palettes).

We did progress yes, but not to the point of a public release. We're about to beta-test it and our sights are set on Q1 2018 for the release.


We know it's taking a long time, but it's not simply an update, it's remaking the plugin from the ground up.

Do you have access to tweak the security settings of your network? If so, you could try opening port 8080.


Another option for Android devices is to copy the zave file manually to the device and place it in your "My Zaves" folder. It should then appear in the viewer.

Can you check in Indesign under Window>Extensions if you have those entries: AVE Project Manager, AVE Interactivity, Enrichments List?


On some computers the scripts to add the additional Aquafadas menu do not install correctly, however if the plugin installation itself is successful you should be able to find your panels here.

It is, however, more costly than Adjust in this regards.

Adjust has been removed since the beginning of the year when we remade our Analytics integration.


Currently supported are Google Analytics, Localytics and Piwik only.


It is not at the time planned to reimplement Adjust.

You can click on the little "?" to the right of that field to get some help on formatting. I reckon this should be "dd MM yyyy" instead of "dd mm yyyy". Can you try that?

This doesn't seem right at all, indeed. The dates are right on CloudConnect, so it's most likely that they're wrongly interpreted by the apps.


What have you entered in the date format, in AppFactory?
