No problem! Have a nice day.
I have unassigned the app licence. You can now go to the apps section on CloudConnect, access your old app, and click "Attribute" in the licence window, then pick your AppLight license.
You will then be able to download the app certificate and build your app using AppFactory.
Please let me know if you encounter difficulties.
To upgrade, you need to use the same bundle ID indeed.
When accessing your App on the CloudConnect Portal, if it has no assigned licence, you should have an "assign" button which will allow you to assign your NextGen Light licence to your old app.
After that, simply download the app certificate, and put it into your AppFactory project - it will automatically fill in some fields such as app name and bundle ID, and enable you to build your application with the renewed licence and the right bundle ID. This will then allow you to push your iOS and/or Android build(s) to the respective stores, who will then prompt your users to update their app after your update is reviewed.
Have you created a new app using your licence on CloudConnect? If so we will simply need to unassign it, and reassign it to your old app.
At the moment, avatars are defined using the Gravatar service. Simply register your CC email with them, and upload a picture.
By the way, the one you see here (on your screenshot) is the default one (when no gravatar account is linked to the email you are using to connect).
Does this help you?
Pas de problème! Bonne journée.
We cannot hide or remove it. Since we are using it, we (and by extension, you) have to comply to the licence requirements, notably for the Apache Licence v2.0 :

Sorry this causes you trouble, but there is no way around this.
As a side note about the inclusion of open-source software and libraries as a security issue, this is kind of a hot topic and subject to debate, I suggest you consult this Wikipedia page and the related sources.
Bottom line is that open source is not necessarily a problem, a contrario it can lead to actually increased security.
Furthermore, since we are using these libs anyway, it's probably not a good idea to "hide" the fact that we are to your clients.
I hope you understand.
Au moment de sa récupération, assurez-vous de ne pas avoir mis de mot de passe sur le certificat. CloudConnect ne peut pas lire de certificat protégé par mot de passe.

We are aware of a potential slowdown of some SQL queries, notably around categories. Our dev teams are currently investigating the issue.
To fix this issue:
This should clean extended attributes from your project, allowing you to generate your IPA. This is an XCode 8 restriction.
Disposez-vous d'une app NextGen, ou bien d'une AppLight?
