Thank you so much for helping us out all the time. I get a lot of help on this forum, but I have a suggestion. The user manual and video training database are really hard to navigate (for instance, a simple "next" to go to the next video in a series, rather than having to return to the Table of Contents) and much of the user manual uses screenshots or directions to content in an old view of the interface.
All I am trying to do right now is connect my publishing license to an issue and I can't find it. Anywhere. :/
Also, the video to Provisional certificates is mislinked to the video right before it. (These are just the problems I encountered today.)
Yesterday we released AppFactory 4.2 for iOS which doesn't contains the following templates : Multi-title kiosk, Elegant kiosk, Wired kiosk and Spotlight kiosk.
They were all replaced by the Next Gen kiosk template. If you want to learn more about this template, please take a look at out knowledgebase.
I made some minor change to the App and would like to publish it. Here is my progress. After retrieving the project from the Indesign. I upload the new zave file onto my own hosting system, then drag the new zavem file onto the CloudConnect, and delete the old one.
After that, when I go to my App "KWMBecome", it pops up the error message "the action has failed". It was working earlier last month when I updated it. have no idea why it gives this error this time.
I use AppFactory Version 4.8.4 (v12992).
If I try to compile a new Version for the iOS Simulator there is an error:
./AppIcon.appiconset/[ios-marketing][1x][2d][Icon-AppStore@2x.png]: warning: The app icon set "AppIcon" has an unassigned child.

What should/can I do?
