Problem testing AVE file over wifi on desktop

I am working on a PC and connecting the Smartphone & Tablet viewer app to the same wifi network, however neither device will receive the test. We have new security permissions on our office wifi, which seems to have "blocked" this feature which used to work fine on our old network. What are our next steps to resolve this problem?

Do you have access to tweak the security settings of your network? If so, you could try opening port 8080.

Another option for Android devices is to copy the zave file manually to the device and place it in your "My Zaves" folder. It should then appear in the viewer.
