Error: the action has failed

I made some minor change to the App and would like to publish it. Here is my progress. After retrieving the project from the Indesign. I upload the new zave file onto my own hosting system, then drag the new zavem file onto the CloudConnect, and delete the old one.

After that, when I go to my App "KWMBecome", it pops up the error message "the action has failed". It was working earlier last month when I updated it. have no idea why it gives this error this time.

I see your issue is not published, you should choose one of the options showed below "Publish on" and try again.
